A custom plan for navigating a pivotal season or life transition. This can include up to 12 one hour sessions within a 3 month period. The timing of each session is attuned to your circumstances and advised by your spirit guides.

About us

Karen is a bodyworker and shamanic healer who works within all planes, dimensions and energetic realms. When she isn’t assessing the inner dealings of the cosmos and saving humanity from all that creeps in the night, she’s tending to her dog Laila and her sassy flock of backyard hens.

Elli is an operations and project management aficionado for Airbnb by day, a Human Design reader by weekend, and an interdimensional traveler by night. In her free time, you can find her coordinating the next deep dive with the guides, planning a workout in Karen’s backyard or pondering the state of humanity’s consciousness.

Elli Doran

How did guide sessions come about?

It all started when Karen started trance channeling in the spring of 2024, while Elli documented the experience. Shortly after that, following a season of mysteries and puzzling events, a curious question was asked...

“Can we just channel and interview the guides?”

Turns out, you can. From there Karen and Elli started doing guide sessions. Karen would call in the guides and serve as the clear vessel for the information to come through, and Elli, through her own intuitive gifts and questioning, would shepherd the conversation, connecting dots and fine tuning the insight.

This then turned into Karen and Elli doing hundreds of hours of work for friends, family, and partners getting clarity on anything from houses that seemed to have really bad luck, exes who wouldn’t seem to go away, businesses that weren't quite taking off, career advice, hints about people and relationships anyone needed to look a little deeper and more honestly at, and so much more. The results were profound.

After over a year of the most fulfilling work with countless guides, and deep learning as to the nuances of how any one guide communicates, both Karen and Elli felt ready to open this offering up to anyone who felt called. And here we are.
